ETPS Livery

Design Q were commissioned by The Empire Test Pilots’ School (ETPS) to design a new livery for their fleet of aircraft. The school had several new aircraft on order as well as an existing collection, built up over many years and finished in several different paint schemes. Design Q’s brief was to unify the fleet with a distinctive livery - giving the aircraft a modern appearance while honouring ETPS’s well established heritage. A key challenge was formulating a versatile livery design that could be applied consistently across a wide range of aircraft types and sizes. Design Q produced a variety of solutions, taking the selected design right through to the painting process, ensuring compliance with CAA guidelines.
